Research group on Corporate governance in banking

Science research activity has been the centre of Banking and Finance faculty development in which researches on Corporate governance in banking are focused.
The research team had formed in December, 2012 which is led by Assoc Prof, PhD, Tran Thi Thanh Tu with other team members: Assoc Prof, PhD. Nguyen Hong Son, PhD, Pham Bao Khanh and Assoc Prof, PhD, Nham Phong Tuan. The research team focus on numerous aspects of corporate governance in banking, constructing assessment indicators for corporate governance in banking, and evaluate the effects of corporate governance on bank’ s performance in Vietnam.
