Grassroots acceptance of provincial level project “Developing mushrooms value chain in Ninh Binh”
On August 6th 2015, University of Economics and Business – Vietnam National University, Hanoi held an acceptance council at grassroots level for project called “ mushrooms value chain in Ninh Binh” hosted by Asoc. Prof. Tran Anh Tai.
Participating in acceptance council, from UEB – VNU, there are Dr. Nguyen Anh Thu – Vice rector, Dr. Le Trung Thanh – Head of Research & Infrastructure Development, Dr. Nham Phong Tuan – Head of Strategic Management Department, Faculty of Business Administration and Dr. Nguyen Thi Huong Lien – Head of Accounting Department, Accounting and Auditing Faculty. From guests, we have Asoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Son – Dean of Economic Development, National Economic University , Dr. Pham Thi Huyen – Head of Marketing Department, Faculty of Marketing, National Economic University and Dr. Pham Minh Tu, Academy of Policy and Development.
This project was conducted from February 2014 and up to date, achieving many positive results, 03 scientific articles on prestigiously domestic journals and 1 prepared article published in August. A handbook guiding to develop mushrooms value chain is a special product and a new feature compared to other inherent scientific products. 02 training courses for participants in the value chain, create sustainable association between the stages in the value chain, and increasing the value chain of mushrooms in Ninh Binh. The group implementing the project is preparing to introduce the specialized book about the agricultural value chains with practical application is mushrooms value chain in Ninh Binh.
Acceptance council appreciated the results of the project. This is a meticulous work with efforts of authors, to synthesize and build up the value chain for the mushroom – an agricultural product with high value – to Ninh Binh. The value chain model and the proposal to ensure the operation of the chain are respectful, bringing solutions with scientific, practical and feasible values for participants of the chain which opens a direction to develop agricultural value chain in developing new rural economy.
With blistering analysis and approximate mixed experience with scientific articles in the project content, the project was evaluated well and prepared for upcoming acceptance council at provincial level in Ninh Binh.
