To link practical training to skills enhanced for students, on the 18th September 2014, Department of Finance and Banking, University of Economics and Business - VNU organized a field trip at the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) for honor-class students (CLC) in Finance and Banking (QH-2011-E TCNH CLC).
In Hanoi Stock Exchange, students not only learn about the history, development, organizational structure and activities of the HNX but also interact, share the orientation together with the areas of research expertise of the Department. In there, students also listened to an introduction, presentation, and be exchanged and directly discussed with the HNX professionals working in areas such as investment angle, auction angle, regional electricity board ... At the field trip ,Mr. Nguyen Anh Phong, Deputy Director of HNX share with the students and said: “Finance and Banking honor-class students of UEB have sufficient conditions in the Department of annual examinations, the selection mechanism "public, transparent and fair". At the same time, he also pledged to support students and faculty in career orientation and desire to cooperate in scientific research and long-term training for Science.
The field trip took place in a friendly, open and professional atmosphere. Employees of the HNX were dedicated to share with students not only basic information about the HNX but also about the career opportunities as well as the practical experience of previous generations in the hope of future generations will be more dynamic, confident, and successful.
With the opportunity to "see with your eyes, touching hands," students were delighted when actual operating experience in HNX. This is a good opportunity to help students get early access to practical and professional orientation for their future.

Continuing the series of activities to enhance practical experience of students, Finance and Banking Department expected to organize practical internship at Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, securities companies and corporations VNDS PetroVietnam Insurance in October.
